On The Spot - Pet Sitting & Dog Walking Services

Policies:

Payments - All services are to be paid in full at the time of the booking or first day of service.

Cancellations - 24 hour notice is required. Any cancellations made after 7am on day of scheduled service are non-refundable

Holidays - Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July and Labor Day is an additional $10 to each service. All Holiday reservations are to be made 30 days in advance and must be paid in full at the time of booking. Cancellations two weeks prior to first visit are refundable. Cancellations less than two weeks notice prior to first visit are non-refundable.

Late Night or Early Morning Visits - Vists made between the hours of 9:00pm and 7:00am are subject to and additional $10 per visit.

Same Day Service Requests - Services booked on the same day needed require three hours notice and are subject to an additional surcharge of $5 per visit. Any service booked less than three hours notice are subject to an additional surcharge of $10 per visit.

Key Copies - I will need two working keys at time of consultation or $5 to make a copy for the office.
